Exhibitors can choose from three exhibition zones
Prime Commercial Exhibition
This zone is located strategically at the central hotspot between the conference rooms, the general exhibition, and venue access from outside visitors and hotel guests. Starting with a minimum floor space of 18m2, Prime Commercial Exhibition Space provides a clean canvas for exhibitors to build an ideal stand to fulfill their business objectives.
Commercial Exhibition
Showcasing the latest services, trends and technologies, the commercial zone provides the ideal place for exhibitors to interact with attendees. The Commercial Exhibition has high traffic during breaks, when participants come for refreshments or pass through on their way to the co-working area. Stand sizes range from 6 m2 to 18 m2, with a variety of customizable packages to keep planning simple.
International Pavilion Exhibition
This dedicated exhibition area showcases global investment opportunities in hydrocarbons and renewables. Located directly across from the International Pavilion (IP) Theatre, IP stands provide a great the perfect place to continue dive deeper into topics presented in the Theatre. IP stands start at 6m2 and include branded counters identifying the country represented.
Stand Pricing
Stands are sold in 6m2 increments, and exhibitors may choose furnished stand packages or floor space only for stands 18 m2 and larger.

- $650/m2 (stand package, including panels and furnishings)
Prices are in USD and include taxes.
Exhibitors receive one full-event registration ($1095 value) for each 6m2 in exhibit space reserved.
Exhibitors also receive a $200 discount on additional full-conference registrations purchased.
